​Our delegates are judged on a well-rounded set of criteria that reflect the true essence of modern womanhood. This includes their poise, public speaking, confidence, community involvement, personal achievements, passion to encourage and interact with other influential individuals, and overall presentation. We value dedication, elegance, and ambition,  ensuring that each delegate has the opportunity to shine in her own unique way. Every woman has something special to share and teach and we provide a platform and support for her to do so.
